Experience: Mr. Sondee began his practice with the Detroit firm of Clark, Klein, Brucker and Waples (now Clark Hill) and has been engaged in the practice of law in Michigan since 1960. He has had broad experience in employment relations matters, representing management in contract negotiations, individual employee contracts, unfair labor practice charges, developing and drafting employee policies and manuals, fringe benefit issues, discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, grievance and arbitration procedures, and representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He also has had extensive litigation experience in many fields including premises liability, products liability, vehicle liability, liquor liability, directors and officers liability, employer's liability, contracts and municipal law. Mr. Sondee has practiced in the areas of real estate, probate, hospital and school law. He has represented county road commissions, other municipal units of government, health care entities and other corporations. Mr. Sondee formerly served as General Counsel for Interlochen Center for the Arts.
Arbitration: Mr. Sondee has served as an arbitrator and has been selected as a panel member by the American Arbitration Association.
